About The Isle Of Mull

Mull is the third largest of the Hebridean Islands. It is roughly 24miles from north to south and 26 from east to west with 300 miles of coastline and about 140 miles of roads varying from good to passable and is separated from the mainland by the Sound of Mull to the northeast and the Firth of Lorne in the southwest. The island's main town, Tobermory, is famed for the cheerful colours of its waterfront buildings and is also the setting of the BBC Childrens TV Series 'Balamory'
